Production Updates Part 5

Sensor Manufacturing
I've been going back and forth with my manufacturer that is in charge of the wiring harnesses and the sensors. I recently changed up the heat shrink labeling to include a "temp oil/water" so you can cross off either oil or water and know what the sensor is reading. You might still have two oil sensors going to a single gauge (engine/transmission oil) but it's greatly reducing the odds of mixing up temp sensors. My manufacturer also received the boxes for the sensors and they were underwhelming so we are getting another round made with higher quality materials.
Gauge Manufacturing
Everything is on track, I should have big updates next week!
Shirts
Shirts have arrived! I am also in the process of sourcing shirts from two other manufacturers. I have a very specific vision for the shirts that I want to provide so I'm trying to dial in the exact right fit and finish for them.
OBDII
I'm in the process of refactoring all the code to be much more readable which will enable me to have additional people contribute to the gauge. I am working through a few small issues with the initial connection to OBDII and waking up after the car has turned off and turned back on. Both are minor changes I need to make with clear paths forward. OBDII manufacturing is well underway and should be here with the gauges as well. I'm holding off on opening the pre-order for the OBDII adapters until I get the software all smoothed out, but that should be opening soon! Also I finalized the packaging for the OBDII sensor and added some fun Pun-ny illustrations on the box :p
